Health support

Family centres all host health clinics run by either midwives or health visitors. Regular health checks, particularly when your child is young, help you keep your baby well. Advice can also be given on immunisations, weight and general wellbeing.

Strengthening bonds and developing healthy brains...

Here’s three reasons why you should come along
1. You can collect your free vitamin D both for mothers and children.
There’s also a chance other freebees might be on offer!
2. Community clinics can get very busy.
To ensure you're not turned away, please come as early as possible and take the time to chat to others while waiting.
3. Our team are on hand if you need us.
Gain expert knowledge from highly trained health professionals who all have up-to-date and relevant knowledge.
