FB Live Yoga & Meditation

A session for adults to relieve any overloaded feelings and relax. Led by HERE this session is fantastic for taking some time for you.
If you need a moment in your week to move your body and heal yourself, join our 45 minute slow yoga practice via Facebook live. We will practice a short meditation, followed by some gentle yoga stretching and ending with a short relaxation.
Family OM:POP Yoga and Mindfulness Session
10am to 11am
Join us for our weekly Family yoga & mindfulness Om:Pop via Facebook live - bring the whole family along! This session to open to all, and begins with an opening circle to settle in, followed by a 40 minute family yoga practice and ending with a 15 minute meditation. Expect to have fun and enjoy moving and breathing with each other on your mat!
